STM Consultancy was founded by Syed Tariq Mubarak, a solicitor of England and Wales with twenty-five years’ qualified experience in English real estate law and transactions — acquisitions, development, finance and structuring — acting across the UK and for international clients, with particular depth on the UK–Gulf & UK-India corridor. That experience is the firm’s foundation. The method built from it is the firm’s future: expertise deliberately converted into an institution, so that what clients rely on is a system, not the diary of one individual
